[Critical] From: BSM@backup.netsecaddict.com“APPSERVER ONLINE BACKUP” Time: 12/11/2018 10:54:01 AM

None of the Disk Agents completed successfully.

                Session has failed.

No error messages.

Port are mentioned in error which randomly change if you are taking back up again. E.g.128652, 175333 etc.

If you are using Cell Manger, Media Agent and Client Agent Version 09.09 or higher, you do not need to changes ports on the OB2PORTRANGE and OB2PORTRANGESPEC which is located C:\ProgramData\OmniBack\Omnirc.text  in your server.

Here is suggest some t-shoot for the resolve reported issue.

Step 1: Check the ICMP status with host resolution between the backup server and client server address.

Step 2: Check the Firewall status in your local firewall. If firewall between your client server and backup server then you should allow INET service port 5555 or required ports also.

Step 3: Do the telnet on INET service port 5555 from both end backup server and client end. If telnet not occurred this means you need to open the ITNET service ports in both directions to make the INET port accessible.

Step 4: this is importance for reported error. Check the host file entry in your client server. Check the host file:C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
